Refund and Exchange Policy

  • Exchange items can only be done if there is damage to items such as torn from our side. This item cannot be exchanged if it does not meet the tastes of our customers. For defect items, all costs of shipping the item back to Applescarf are borne by our customers, while cost of shipping back the exchanged item to customer will be borne by Applescarf.
  • Exchange & return must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition as sent; UNWORN, UNALTERED and UNWASHED. The goods will be inspected on return.
  • Exchange will only be made after the items returned have arrived to us.
