Returns and Exchanges

  • If you received faulty item, you can return an item within 7 days of original receipt for exchange with the same faulty item; collection, colour, and size.
  • The faulty item must be with the tag price, otherwise it cannot be exchange.
  • Original delivery and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping charges: If the faulty is from HQ, HQ will bear the shipping charges.

  • Your personal information is confidential. Thus, we promises to protect your personal information.
  • We do not rent, sell, barter, or trade email addresses.
  • When you place an order with us, we collect your name, address, telephone number and your email address.
  • We use this information to fulfil your order and to communicate with you about your order.

How to Order

  • Once you have login, simply choose the items you wish to purchase and add them, individually, to your shopping cart.
  • Each time you add an item, you'll be able to view the entire contents of your cart with a total amount purchased so far.
  • You will also be able to see which items are in stock and which items are sold out. When you are ready to checkout, click the checkout button and proceed to the secure checkout area.
  • Orders submitted after today will be shipped on the next working day & shipping policy will be in 7 working days excluding Saturday & Sunday or any Public Holidays after payment received.
  • Once order have been submitted with payment through website and the status is processing, any cancellation nor refund is not allowed.

  • We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Website.
  • Colour of products in this website may differ slightly due to background/lighting/screen brightness of different gadget used to view this page.
  • However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
  • Any return or refund due to difference in colour were not permitted.
